Recently, we have been commissioned to create a series of new shows for TV. The challenge was to create unique performances with drones and dancers within the show’s many constraints: limited space on stage, limited duration for the setup. But as always, challenge accepted!
Our journey with Britain’s Got Talent started a few months ago. Rising to the challenge we created visual new dance performances with autonomous drones. The drone used by Flying Bebop is the Parrot Bebop 2, a lightweight drone which contains the very latest in sensor and control technologies enabling it to execute highly dynamic flight and movement. For Britain’s Got Talents, we collaborated with Parrot engineers and worked closely with tech company BeTomorrow to make available the full capabilities of the Bebop 2 and designed new shows.
